BRINGING OUT THE BEST

At Checkers/Rally's we believe that for a Team Member to feel good and excel, they need to be well trained. That's why we developed a world class, four-step process of training that allows every Team Member to excel and grow. It's called Inform, Demonstrate, Experience, and Assess or IDEA for short. At Checkers/Rally's we never stop teaching and learning.

TEAM MEMBER TRAINING

All Team Members are given the tools they need to be successful in their new roles. From interactive training CD's to one-on-one management instruction, we take your training seriously. Once you show us that you're successful at one role, we'll train you on another.

MANAGERIAL STAFF TRAINING

The Managerial Staff goes through a 4-5 week training program that guarantees they are ready to excel in their leadership role. We first show new managers how to perform all of the Creation Specialist duties; then we teach them the 17 Impact Systems that drive our success.

COMPREHENSIVE BENFITS
